Our specialist Girls' Futsal programme gives girls a fun, challenging and supportive environment to develop through the fast-paced, small-sided game of futsal.

With the ball constantly involved and less time and space to work in, players get repeated opportunities to develop their ability to:

• Control and receive the ball under pressure
• Dribble, protect and escape with the ball
• Pass and combine with teammates
• Move intelligently to create and use space
• Scan, think quickly and make better decisions
• Attack and defend in 1v1 situations
• React quickly when possession changes
• Play with greater confidence and creativity
• Work together effectively as a team

Sessions are fun, challenging and supportive, combining technical development with lots of realistic small-sided games and opportunities for every player to be involved.

Our coaches encourage players to experiment, solve problems, make mistakes, learn and try again — supporting each player to develop at their own level.

Girls of all abilities are welcome, whether they are already playing regularly or are looking for another environment in which to develop and enjoy their football.
