Develop your game. Grow your confidence. Enjoy your football.
Wildcats Girls' Football gives girls a fun, challenging and supportive environment to enjoy football and continue developing their game.
As players get older, sessions build on their technical foundations while introducing greater challenge, decision-making and understanding of the game.
Players will develop their ability to:
• Receive and control the ball effectively
• Dribble, protect and manipulate the ball
• Pass and combine with teammates
• Attack and defend in 1v1 situations
• Find, create and use space
• Scan and make better decisions
• React when possession changes
• Understand attacking and defending principles
• Communicate and work effectively with teammates
• Play with confidence and creativity
Sessions combine technical development, game-based practices and plenty of small-sided football, giving players lots of opportunities to learn through playing.
Our coaches encourage girls to experiment, solve problems, make mistakes and take greater responsibility for their own development.
Every player is supported and appropriately challenged at her own level, while being part of a positive girls' football environment where enjoyment and belonging matter just as much as improvement.
